Welcome to E&T Outfitters. These Terms of Service govern your use of etoutfittersco.com and your purchase of products from E&T Outfitters.

Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to E&T Outfitters. “You” and “your” refer to the customer, website visitor, or person using our services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them. Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these terms.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or place an order.

You may not use our products, website, or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to damage, interfere with, access without authorization, copy, misuse, or disrupt the website or its related systems.

2. Products and Services

E&T Outfitters sells apparel and related merchandise, including products created through print-on-demand fulfillment.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, artwork, sizes, and photographs accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on:

Screen or device settings
Garment color and fabric
Printing method
Product size
Normal manufacturing differences

Minor differences that do not materially affect the design or intended use of the product are not necessarily considered defects.

We may change, discontinue, limit, or update products without notice.

3. Product Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing available size charts and product information before ordering.

Sizing may vary between brands, garments, and product styles. A size purchased from another company or manufacturer might not fit the same as an E&T Outfitters product.

Orders placed in the wrong size are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, except in cases of obvious pricing, technical, or listing errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be shown during checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We may use Shopify and approved payment providers to securely process payments. E&T Outfitters does not directly store complete payment-card information.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or review an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

Payment cannot be authorized
Product or pricing information is incorrect
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
The shipping address is incomplete or invalid
Products are unavailable
An order violates these terms
Technical or fulfillment problems prevent completion

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

6. Production, Order Changes, and Cancellations

Many E&T Outfitters products are made specifically for each order.

Orders may be submitted for production soon after purchase. Contact us immediately at etoutfittersco@gmail.com if you need to request an order change or cancellation.

We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, eligible destinations, estimated transit times, free-shipping requirements, tracking, address responsibilities, and delivery issues are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

E&T Outfitters is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged products, incorrect items, customer sizing mistakes, cancellations, and final-sale items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before placing an order.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived.

9. Discounts and Promotions

Discounts and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, including:

Expiration dates
Minimum-order requirements
Product exclusions
Customer or usage limits
Geographic restrictions
Restrictions on combining discounts

We may correct, cancel, or refuse promotions used in error, obtained improperly, or applied in violation of their stated conditions.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases through E&T Outfitters.

Gift cards:

Cannot generally be exchanged for cash
Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law
Cannot be used to purchase another gift card when prohibited
Are subject to any additional terms displayed at purchase

11. Intellectual Property

The E&T Outfitters name, logos, branding, website content, original artwork, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to E&T Outfitters and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, manufacture, upload, or commercially use our protected materials without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, logo, or intellectual-property rights associated with that product.

12. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

When you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, comment, or other content, you confirm that:

You have the right to submit it
It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
It does not violate another person’s rights
It is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or malicious
It does not contain harmful software or misleading information

You grant E&T Outfitters permission to use, reproduce, display, and share voluntarily submitted reviews, photographs, and testimonials for business and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

We may remove submitted content that violates these terms.
