Submitting a Custom Order Request does not require payment. We'll review your request and contact you with pricing, timing, and next steps before anything is produced.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES

Custom design fees are nonrefundable after design work begins.
Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved proof.
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, sizing, colors, and wording before approving the proof.
E&T Outfitters will not reproduce copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, professional or college sports branding, celebrity images, or artwork owned by another person or company without documented permission.
